We do not make medical claims about our products.

4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless we notify you that we are unable to accept it.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
we are unable to obtain payment;
delivery to the requested destination is unavailable; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout.
Where applicable, taxes, duties and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where required by applicable law, goods will be delivered within the legally applicable timeframe.
If your order is delayed, lost or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, please contact us so that we can investigate.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges are legally payable by the customer, they will be the customer's responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.
7. United Kingdom Customers
If you purchase from the UK, your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to these Terms.
For online purchases, UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when they receive their goods. Where a valid cancellation right is exercised, the customer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods. GOV.UK
Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where an applicable legal exception applies, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
8. European Union Customers
If you purchase from an EU member state, applicable EU and national consumer protection laws apply.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, beginning when the goods are received, subject to applicable legal exceptions. European Union
Certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after being opened may fall within an exception to the withdrawal right. European Union
EU consumers also benefit from mandatory legal guarantees for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. EU rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee, subject to applicable national law and circumstances. European Union
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
9. United States Customers
If you purchase from the United States, your purchase is also subject to applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws.
Because consumer laws and return requirements can differ between US states, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Our voluntary return policy, if any, will be stated separately in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where a state or other applicable law provides you with rights greater than those described in these Terms, those rights will continue to apply.
10. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the procedure for requesting a return or refund.
Nothing in that policy limits your statutory rights.
For products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate a claim.
Where a product is defective or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, we will provide the remedy required by the applicable law.
11. Hygiene and Opened Products
Because our products are cosmetics intended for application to the skin, we ask customers not to open or use products they intend to return unless permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides an exception for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, that exception may apply.
This does not affect your rights regarding products that are faulty, defective or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Nothing excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability relating to defective products where applicable law prevents such exclusion.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious disruption to transport or supply chains, strikes, government action, war, widespread technical failures or other events outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.
The version published on this page will apply to future purchases.
Changes will not affect rights you have already acquired under an accepted order.
19. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to [INSERT JURISDICTION OF YOUR LEGAL ENTITY], except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or US, nothing in this clause prevents you from relying on mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable local law.
